Shipping Method

All orders are shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Singapore & Malaysia: Tim Express

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be longer during collection launches, promotions, or holidays.

Estimated Delivery

• Singapore & Malaysia: 3–7 business days

Tracking and Shipping Fees

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Nudethelabel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, any delays, lost packages, or failed delivery attempts are no longer our responsibility. Please contact the courier directly using your tracking number for further assistance.
